Tocci Jobsite Tour

A 1980-era Regan Building at Eleanor Slater Hospital into a state-of-the-art, 125,000 sf behavioral-health facility. Designed by n|e|m|d Architects, this project was a complete gut infrastructure rebuild while maintaining critical security and digital communications for a 1.5 million sf high security campus; anti-ligature rebuilds of patient units on four floors; complete replacement of antiquated fire protection, chilled-water, hydronic, and electrical systems; and new switchgear, and rooftop AHU plant—all threaded through tight, asbestos laden corridors. Eleanor Slater Hospital is one of the largest exterior EIFS projects currently in RI.
